Default Leaking something.

I am leaking some kind of oil from I am guessing the steering column connector under my 98' Ram 1500 5.9L. I have a picture of another truck and the red arrow show the stud that I am talking about. On this stud there is some kind of brown oil leaking. I cleaned it off but it came back. I looked around I know its not from the engine or tranny, is it possible I am leaking power steering fluid, what could the problem be, weak seal or something like that?

I am going to try to get a picture of it as soon as I get my cam back.

Pitman Arm Seal. That is the Pitman Arm that bolts to the Gearbox, I think this is a pretty common thing, when I had my 1999 Ram, I had the same problem
