Will the 2001 off road package rims fit on a 99 ram 1500 2WD? If so, where is the best place to find them?

 

Yes they will, but you might be better off buying 17" aftermarket look alikes, they will be much cheaper and you can get them in polished chrome. Eagle Alloys makes a set that look almost identical.

 

I just put 20's on my 2003 4x4 and am selling my 17' rims (Chrome) with 245/70r17 michelin tires

Yes I'll ship them but I don't know how or how much$$. The tires are 29.5 tall and weigh a lot with the rim. Any suggestions? I guess I could do anything if the price was right. Here is a pic to make sure you want them. Ignore the crappy photoshop stuff on the paint.
