Anyone ever heard, or own or know anything about the Pioneer DEH-P47DH CD AM/FM reciever?

I saw it today online, I was wondering what you guys think about it. Is it any good?

Mike.

Is that the one that fills the entire area in the dash. I thought about getting one because i didn't like the way the regular radios fit in with the filler kit. I ended up getting an alpine and a nice filler kit and it looks really good. My friend has the pioneer in his ram and isn't very happy with it..

I just installed an Alpine CDA-9813 last Monday. I like the look of it because it's all black and blends in with the rest of the dash. All the other Alpine's I looked at were silver, so I think it would have clashed with the dash and probably wouldn't have looked right. But that's just my opinion.

I saw the Pioneer AVIC-N1 in Motor Trend, that looks pretty bad ***. It's $2,200 but it's got your vehicle dynamics, DVD, navigation with 12-million spaces to store addresses on the CD-ROM, and you can get it with XM Satellite Radio. I'm still debating on wether or not to save up for it.
