Fuel Filter change on 95 Ram

I have a 95 Ram with the 5.2 and it has over 113,000 miles. I am wanting to change the fuel filter. Is the filter inside the gas tank or outside somewhere?

There are 2, one is a fuel pressure regulator/filter on top of the tank. It is a small silver round device with one line running out of it, the other is a round element or sock in the tank at the end of the pump.
