I am in the UK and have an imported 1998 1500 SLT Laramie truck (can't buy 'em here) with a full KB supercharger install - but running with it disabled as there are electrical problems (won't start with Optimiser computer connected via PCM and blows 4amp fuse by PDC when key is turned). Will start fine without Optimiser conncted, by must also activate bypass value otherwise boost causes terrible pinging. Are there any users/techs on the forum available to help?? I am a bit stuck as the kit was on-board when imported so I have little documentation or knowledge about it, and of course KB have no presence here. Can never get through to KB tech on the phone and haven't gotten a response to emails or faxes... seems a shame not to have the install running properly (although the truck is great anyway...) -- can anyone offer any help or ideas???? thanks in advance
