Default Paint chipping

I have a 1996 ram and right on the front left fender that paint is chipping like crazy. Well there are a few other spots around the truck too. But my question is if any of you guys have had this problem? And how i could possibly prevent more chipping?

You can use clear nail polish around the edge of the paint to hold it in place for small chips and dings.

If you go to www.google.com and do a search for repairing chipped paint you will have alot to read about.

i got a ding on my ram( right on the front left fender..) its begun to chip a little... I waxed over the chip, and filled the chipped part in with wax( just to do my best to keep out water) it worked for a while, problem is, it is now startin to bubble up...
I know that in the earlier version Neons the paint was a BIG problem, its not uncommon to see a Dodge neon from like 1996 with its whole hood faded and chipped off... just a paint problem dodge had back then.... I think if your body isnt dented or anything, and there is no way to get water under the chipped off paint, use some nice wax, and wax or somehow waterproof over the areas... dunno if thats bad to do, but I did it and got thru this past Massachusetts winter no problem! Keep us posted about it!
