what year is it?
Have you looked under the hood to see a possible reason why it might not be? It might be as simple as a loose wire.

Its 98, Ram 1500, and to be honest I don't know even where to look, I was thinking that the fan in under the dash, you know right behind the CD player. I know that the A/C works, because when I turn it on and I'm driving I can feel the cold air coming out of the air duc.
thanks in advance for any help.

I took out the fan and hook it up to the battery, it works fine, then checked the plug that goes to the fan, there is no juice at all.
Could anybody please tell me is there any fuse for the fan?
It doesn't say anything about fan in fuse box .
thanks

Check for a fuse labeled heater/A/C. Also look in the PDC under the hood next to the battery. I thought there was a recall on the late 90's ram for ignition switch wiring causing fan not to work-nope my bad it was on 1994-1996 trucks.
