I have a 1999 dodge deisel 24 valve and my problem is
when the temp. is -20c Ihave a howling noise on acceleration(sounds like power steering pump)andI
have no power steering and no power brakes.After the truck warms up (about 1/2 hr.)everything returns to
normal.Has anyone else had this prodlem? truck has
148000 klm on it.
