Dodge under rust
I noticed the other day that there is a decent amount of rust underneath my Ram which I just got 4 weeks ago. Looks like crap....mainly the drive shaft. Is there anything I could do? Complain to the dealer? Is it normal?

It's normal. You can hit it with some sand paper real quick and remove the rust and paint it. I use rustoleum BBQ paint on mine since everything else is black under there. The BBQ paint holds up pretty good.
