are all 8 lug wheels the same?

What I mean is.. do Chevy, Ford and Dodge all have the same bolt pattern and back spacing? Thanks in advance!

no they are not, they have different back spacing and bolt patterns. go to someplace like the tirerack.com and look for your vehicles spacing and bolt pattern before buying any wheels.
