anyone have any problems tinting over the factory tint on the rear QC side windows.
I just got my truck and don't know if I should pay to have the exsisting tint removed or if it's ok to just tint over the factory tint

 

You can tint over it np, the factory tint is smoked on and you couldn't remove it anyway.

 

Go ahead and get your tint done... I have it on my 02 QC and it looks great....cant tell that it was even film tinted...looks factory. By the way ...if you want to match the back windows ... they put 13% tint on mine and it matches perfectly... just be careful because I believe this shade is illegal in most areas (its pretty dark). Cool.....I always put Limo Tint on all my vehicles. Although it is very illeagal here in FL., I have only had one ticket for it in the past!
Not having anybody able to see in has it's benifits, such as my girl friend being a little for friendlier than if people could see in!
