Default Bug shield

Is it my imagination, or is the chrom MOPAR bug sheild just for show.

I have taken a couple of long drives in the country and my windshield just gets covered with bugs.

Thoughts?

Yea, I agree with Dusty. Mine are pretty much useless for the winshield, but they do help keep the paint on your hood a lot cleaner. And they help guard against stone chips also.

The only bugshield I hadthat worked was for a 99 Chevy Blazer, and it only worked really good for snow, and saving the paint.

It's a bunch of BS. I had one on my Dakota and it never seemed to help at all.

But it really helped with the frontend downforce.[sm=lol.gif]

If you get the right color and right shape, they CAN look decent, but other than keeping the bad stuff off the front of your hood, naw.....
