Default water leak in cab 97 Ram

Every time it rains the passenger floor side gets wet. It doesnt matter if the truck is being driven or not. There is never any wet places up thr firewall. Just from behind the passenger seat near the door down to the passenger side floor board. I checked the drains in the passenger side door, found them open and no water in the door. Any help would be appreciated thanks. I dont have a third door.Could it be the gasket around the stop light on back of cab? All weatherstriping around the rear tilt out windows looks good.

I know it sound crazy, but...
check the water-tightness of the gasket on the third brake light above the rear window.

When this leaks,
there is a channel in the sheet metal of the cab
that routes the water down to the passenger side seat!
