After calling the Chrysler customer service number this afternoon I was told that there was no TSB issued concerning oil. I called the dealer back and asked for the service manager. To make a long story short, I was told that there is a new Mopar oil availabe now, 5w20. I was also told that the 5w20 is approved for use in the Hemi. However 5w30 and 10w30 remain the recommended oils for the Hemi. When I told the manager what happened Monday she just laughed it off and said something about not being able to find good help these days. What a joke!!!
Thanks for all the info guys

If you do a search for technical service bulletins on the internet you will find a few sources for them but they will only be general summaries. In order to get the full information you have to pay for a subscription. Most of the time you can get the information you need right here from someone who has access to them.
