Default 05 Dodge 3500 HID Install problem

Hello, I'm new to this forum but I'm hoping someone can help me out... I tried searching but I'm not fining any useful information.

I bought a set of 9007 HIDs and installed the kit and the headlights will not turn on. It appears the truck is shutting off the wiring harness for the headlights, probably due to a difference in resistance with the HID bulb instead of the stock ones. Since HID's are only 35 watts and stock is 55 I'm assuming it is shutting off the lights because it thinks there is some kind of problem with the bulb.

Is there some way to bypass the relay that is shutting the wring harness off (If this is what is happening)? I got this set of lights for my dad for X-mas and I'm trying to install it before I leave for home monday. I don't have a dodge myself, and had no issues installing kits on my truck or on my ATV etc, so I do have some experience but not wth this particular vehicle. So I'm assuming this is a specific issue relating to 2005 Dodge 3500's and newer. I'm also hoping someone else has tried this by now and found the location where the truck needs to be rewired to bypass the sensor/relay.

We measured the voltage @ the stock plug, but it is not showing any... When we plug the stock headlight back in it lights right up...

Please help!

I had this same problem----call xenon king (website) They have a kit that will fix this. Mine works fine now and the "lights Out" message does not turn on.
