hey ppl, I'm new here and hope someone can help me with this strange problem. Ok, I have a 2000 Dodge RAM 1500 and I noticed the positive battery terminal end got corroded to a point where it just broke off. I replaced it with a 'lead' terminal and all was good. I then decided to change the terminal end for a more professional looking one. A 'lead-free' terminal. Now when I turn the key to start my truck, nothing happens! but the radio, wipers, lights, gauges, etc. work fine!? The battery seems to be properly charged as indicated by the gauge. Any ideas before I put the 'bulky' lead terminal back on to test? thanks,
