i have a 98 dodge but im having a hell of a time getting wheels in that bolt pattern. could i change it to like chevy 6 bolt is that possible?

Anything is possible with enough money. Well car wise anyway. Is there a simple swap? Not that I've ever seen.

 

1/2, 3/4, or 1 ton? There should be tons of wheels available for all of them. The 1/2's are a 5x4.5 pattern, which has been around for 30 years. The 3/4 and 1 tons are 8x6.5 pattern, which has been around forever. Check Summitracing.com or jegs.com
