I am looking for suggestions. Gibson headers good or bad? Any other suggestions? If you are running after market headers, what do you have and what do you think?

JBA makes headers for the 4.7L. Never did install them on the Dakota when I had it, but have heard good things about them.

I had stainless Gibson headers on my old Bronco, and they were pretty good. Wasn't a whole lot of power gain, but it was just a 302 pushing 35" tires. I've had great luck with Dynomax Blackjacks on my Chevys. Had Hooker Headers on an old wheeling rig, that burned up plug wires all the time, and so do the Flow Techs on my current wheeling rig. Haven't looked for anything for the Ram yet. Good luck, hope this info helps.
