That doesn't sound right. You sure it's not a 4.7L?
I don't think I've ever seen a 360 Dakota unless it was a R/T.

WellI have an 07 Ram, so with the lifetime warranty i guess i wont need to worry..

rambler, if memory works, the dakota quad cab had the 360 as an engine option

Yes-I am positive. I ordered the truck w/5.9 & 3.92 gears. That is why I got that truck. Midsize w/4 doors & a big V-8= FUN.
