Default 01' 2500 ram stalling when motor gets wet?

when i go mudding and i hit a bog to where the water splashes up into the engine bay the motor stalls everytime. It starts back up again in like ten minutes and it runs perfectly until i get it wet again! Its not the air filter cuz its got a K&N fipk system and the filter is mud free. i think its something electrical and i asked a couple of offraod shops locally and they are useless! Any one know a remedy???????

I haven't had this problem with my ram but have had it with another vehicle. Turned out to be a cracked distriutor cap. Just a small crack...not enough to make it run poorly but enough so that water could get through when wet. hope this helps

you might want to check your coil connections too, the way the connector sits it may trap water if the seal is not tight. I think there is a seal on the connector to prevent water from getting in the connector, if it's damaged it could cause a problem. What I'd do is take a hose & lightly spray different areas of the motor with it running (cold motor) & see if you can find out where the water is killing it...
