Default Poor Hemi

Well, last week I was eating at Fudruckers and when I got to the truck, it had been vandalized. I just purchased a 2004 Ram 1500 w/Hemi in the Limited Yellow for the Quad Cabs 1 month ago. Well when I got to the truck, the driver side doors had been keyed and the passenger rear door window had been busted. They took my radar. All that for a Radar. Sucks. The truck is at the body shop getting fixed and I hope to have it back by this Saturday.

I'm about to sell my Avalanche and buy my wife and I the new Magnum with the Hemi as well. Any comments about this vehicle?

I'm so sorry about the senseless vandalism. My truck had been completely keyed once... by someone I knew... very sad.

Oooh... the Magnum.. she'll love it!! I'd recommend reading in the Magnum section here... I've heard of a problem in reverse, but it seems to be random. Honestly, I hear many many many more cheers then jeers on that wagon...

Welcome to the site!!

That's pretty sad. Some people are just too ignorant to control their emotions. Glad to hear your getting it fixed.

Sorry to hear about your truck - there are a lot of ignorant people out there.

Anyway, I don't know how much research you've done on the Magnum, but a couple of weeks ago C&D had a show on the Magnum. They provided positve deedback and spoke highly of it. Here is a the link to the 2-page article: http://www.caranddriver.com/article....&page_number=1

That sucks man. I caught someone keying my dad's truck in high school, wasn't pretty. Nice thing of living in a small town, the cops hauled him to jail for malicious destruction of property after me and my buddies kicked the hell out of him when we caught him (he swung at us trying to get away). Cops thanked us for holding him. In most cities we would have gone for assult.

Anyway, best security system you can get is a bunch of NRA stickers for the back window. They'll leave it alone. Good luck with it.

Sorry to hear about that! Yeah, the NRA sticker (National Redneck Association) should scare them off indeed![sm=lol.gif] Thankfully where I live there is little to no vanalism, but if I caught someone tampering with my beast, I would hope in a friend's pickup truck with a pitchfork and a torch and chase them down

Why resort to vigilante justice? Because it works so well!
