Default Want to disable traction control

I drive a 2005 Sprinter (dual rear wheels) for work and I would like to be able to disable the traction control so I can get around in the snow a bit easier. There's no button on the dash to turn it off, like in some of our other Sprinters. I hear you can pull a fuse out to disable it, but I don't know which one it is. Can anyone direct me to the right fuse?

I thought our salesman said that this feature was to act like a limited slip differential to improve traction on snow?????????? If not, What's it for/?? We have a 2008 Caravan sxt with this feature but it does have a switch to disable it.
Thanks,
Smiley
