How To remove Factoy stereo

Can anyone tell me how to remove the radio from my 2008 Sprinter? thanks!

Just logged on to dealer connect and checked. Remove center bezel and then take out radio.

09 Dodge Sprinter stereo volume

Can anyone tell me how to fix my stero volume? I can't turn it up or down.
