was told by a shop that the antilock brake controller is causing shudder at very low speed right before the vehicle stops rolling. (when brake is applied). Shop says the controller is no longer available. any ideas on replacements? or other cures? Thanks in advance.

 

We had one just like that.. Ck "tone ring" on rear hub. Rear oil seal was leaking and tone ring was "nicked" on install.. Exact concern resulted. Air gap on speed sensor will cause same. Havn't done any "controllers" for this concern..
