Default Help needed

Ight guys, I am in need of some serious guidance and all. Got this doge splinter van 06 Vin: WD0BE745175202844Eis w906 Now the issue is am having, The car was driving down the road and it started to loose power and the engine died out on my customer. It didnt lock uo or nth just kept rolling till they braked to stop it yk. So they got it towed out, and had a another guy look at it, he ended up replacing the starter, did nothing then he told the customer that his engine is locked and he needs a new one. Now the customer sfter while calls me I go check the car out snd all, I hop inside snd turn the key and crank it, it cranks but it was very slow, due to the battery, battery was low cuase he had a inverter that stayed on, and one of his lights where on too I think. But anyways I jumped the car with cables, and go to crank it again, the key doesn't turn at all. Like the dash lights are all off and everything, nothing is turning on, key wont turn its stuck. I removed the jumper cables, tried it again same thing, kept trying and I got it to work once, then I took it out to try it sgain and ever since then it just wont turn. What I have done since then. I called up a locksmith he came and check it all out and send key is fine, eis has no singal, but the chip is fine. The cwr had some alarm system that was hooked up to wires, he told me to get rid of it since there were going into the sam moulde and other stuff. I removed them out, he came back, and tested other stuff and said yeah its a wiring issue. He was also using a esl simulator, and he left that with me. But now I I go and start to trace fuses and wires and all, and when testing fuses and all some maon fuses didnt hsve power so i removed the fusebox with the sam first thought the sam was bad so I went ooked at it, it was fine visually, no corrosion no thing. Then I went and opened the fuse box its self, and holy it had a burnt smell, I looked at it, the trace was burnt off for the power rails or smt idk. Which I also need to say during the testing fuses and all the dash stoped working completely. But after removing the fuse box, I was like maybe this is why it wasnt getting singal to the eis, I replace the fuse box, hook up everything bsck together and the key still wont turn. Now I called the locksmith guy snd he said reolace the eis then, I sourced one of ebay and got it now I needed a tool to program it all and I bought, the autel im608 pro 2 with gbox and xp400, now I hooked up the wires through the gbox but it kept asking for ir key, which it doesn't take, so I went and solder the wires snd did it thst way. Saved and copied the old eis eepromm to the new used one. Made sure the key id was there and the same. It was. I then go back and hook it sll up again and I still get nothing. No difference. Now I am lost and have no clue. I tired it it with the esl sim and with it removed and hooked up to the actually esl. The other thing is the obd has power and pin 16 like it should and all. The communication ohms is good too. But when I hook uo the scaner to scan snd communicate to the car it doesn't read anything which ig is because of the key. I did try this in the beginning before getting new psrts, I jumped the red and black pins with the eis unplugged and all, it did turn the dash lights on and everything but still no communication with my scanner. So I have no idea what to do now and need some help. The cars window is down snd its raining like crazy in Vancouver so thst makes it worse and even worse is thst its been like thsy for sbout a month. Since I had to wait on the parts to get here. Please I need all the guidance and help I can get. I wanna learn how to do this. Not just csll it s day and have smo else fix it. I have all data indifix prodemand and all if you need me to send wiring diagrams or anything.
