wondering how hard it is to change a harmonic balancer? the guy put in a 3000gt motor in a stealth and apparently there was a difference in belt/pulleys. if anyone can give me an idea of how hard it is or knows someone that can do this around Madison, Wisconsin that would be great. im also looking for a front bumper cover for the same car.

their exactly the same engine/car, minor body mods thats it.

 

anyone know where around Racine wisconsin i could take the stealth to have the harmonic balancer and maybe some exhaust work done?

By what your saying that cant be the problem as they are the exact same engine. Are you sure the guy bought the right engine?

 

he said something about the two pulleys being a little different so you couldnt use one belt. like one being for a serpentine belt and the other being another type. the way it sits not it doesnt have any power steering and it has a faint squeal to it (not internal engine squeal either). i mean the car sat there for 20 min running while we were talking. started right up. car is extremely clean. engine has 70k on it and was from a 3000gt that was hit in the rear. ill be talking to the guy again when i pick up the car. as nice as the car is ill buy another engine if i had to.......... the pearl white paint looks awesome.
