my 1992 dodge stealth:
when i turn it on there is a buzzing sound from the engine, i semi located it, it sounds like its coming from around where the top of the belt is located. whats wrong with my car and how do i make the buzz go away?

 

might be pulleys, water pump or belt. i think when water pump and tensioners go out they make buzzing noise, also alternator could do it, actually i think i would put the alternater as the first one to check
