Default help not getting fire

ok so heres the deal i just traded fora 91 stealth r/t 3.0 dohc non turbothat sat for a couple years he said he startedever so oftenthe guy said the only thing wrong was it need a harmonic balancer put on it thats why he stoped driving it. soi went ahead and put the balancer,a timing belt, water pump, and 2 new tens pullys. and tried to start it and would not start i took a spark tester and stuck it in the one plug wire coming out of each coil and no fire. since three coils going bad at one time is a small chance what else could be wrong[:@][:@][:@]

The PTU or ECU could be bad. The PTU is right under the coils.
