Default Changing Transmission Fluid help :)

Well after reading "zoso"'s post about his gears shifting badly, i think im going to change the transmission fluid this weekend, how much does it take, what type should i use, and anything else that will help me out (like where and how to do it)

I used his walkthrough myself. I went with Pennzoil SyncroMesh gear oil.

Make sure the car is level. Drive it around for a little while to warm up the fluid. Don't over tighten the fill/drain plugs, the plugs are steel, the casing is aluminum, if you over tighten it you can strip out the casing. That's about it really.
