Default 1991 Stealth ECM!!

My computer like so many others out there has burned out. It is unrepairable so I need to know if someone out there has one or knows of anywhere that might have them for under $800. I was also wondering if there were any other problems I should know of that I can fix before it becomes this much of a problem. I called one place and they told me that they would be able to make a clone of my ECM but my boost guage wouldn't work,so I don't know what else wouldn't be working because I can't see a guage for it if you know what I mean. Otherwise I will probably be parting out my car wich I really really don't want to do!!! Part # that I need is MD159965. Any help would be much appreciated!

You might also want to call around to some local auto parts stores like Oreilly, Autozone, etc. I bought a ECU for my TT from Oreilly for about $250.

First of all thank you for the help! Well I just broke down and got it from mitsu. for $800. It is the CA emissions computer so it was just about impossible to find. I called about fifty different places including ecmtogo and spent all night on craigslist. Now that I am getting it though do you guys have any advice other than a bad ecs unit that would have fried it so badly? I have looked at the ecu unit closely and it does look like it may have been from one of the capacitors leaking. I am going to send in my ecs unit to ecmtogo but what else can I do to hopefully prevent this from happening again? Thanks again

The IAC can also cause problems with the ECU, at least that is what ECMTOGO told me when the rebuilt the computers for my RT.
