anyone knows where i can buy a new rear engine mount or transmission mount. need help. thanks.

 

You can get solid motor mounts from Maximal Performance, you can get OEM style with polyurethene bushings at 3SX and of course you can get factory ones from a dealership. I recommend Rockville Mitsubishi for dealer items.

during initial acceleration it moves too slow, then it starts to pick up speed. i dont hear it shift. when i put it into 2 it does'nt downshift. do i need to replace my transmission? its an automatic stealth r/t.

Sounds like the transmission is in "limp mode." It could be caused by several things. A tranny shop would probably be your best bet at this point.
