Default ES from Holland with troubles

Hi guys. I have some issues with my 1992 Stealth ES 3.0 DOHC-24v. Since a while the car has gotten more problems in just running normaly. I really need some help as there are no dealers or mechanics here to help me.

The car became very slow and runs rough since two months now. No more power than an handicap or golfcar. When trying to accelerate the engine studders violently and behaves like it is running on 3 or 4 cyl. only. A lot of plopping sounds in the exhaust. Switching the power/eco button doesn't make any difference anymore. Sparkplugs (3 sets used), Wires, Fuel Filter, and Air Filter allready replaced, but no difference att all!! Not the slightest. The engine was then tested for ignition problems but came out allright. After a CO2 check we found out the car had totally no CO2, so it is running on a very poor fuel air mixture. When running the engine in neutral nothing seems to happen. I am totally out of options.

Now I have read this complete forum and read several issues with the ECU. Now it is very difficult to get parts for the Stealth here in Holland, is there an option to test the ECU? Something like an emergency programm the car can run on? So I really know it is the ECU to blame.

Or pherhaps any other options I can check? I really need help. Thanks in advance guys.

pull the esu out and see if capacitors are leaking. Even being in holand you should be able to send it to rebuilding place, it is going to cost about $30-$60 to ship it tho. Sure way is to pull it out and see if the capacitors been leaking.
