HID's are not DOT legal on cars that did not come with them originally. You have a 1st gen right?

I hope you have a datalogger and some way to tune your car. Throwing nitrous on a relatively stock car with no way to monitor the engine is a recipe for disaster...

I have a 94TT, and also what should I do before getting nitrous to the most safest way to have it, I heard you can get it to go to the turbo instead of the engine so it will spin up faster and cool it down.

I really want HID is a 94 2nd gen and will I get pulled over for that if i do get it

driving a stealth you will get pulled over for everything, including runing a yellow(/red before you finish turning)light... yea, i got pulled over for that and have to pay $210 + on probation for 6 months. I've been pulled over about 5 times for having my lisence plate in the window instead of the bumper.
As far as your question on what should you do to the motor. If you do 50 shot the stock motor proabbly will handle it. Anything bigger you would need a complete rebuild including forged pistons and all the other good and expensive stuff. As far as puting nitros to the turbo kinda defeats the purpose of it. Nitros ignites better than gas is and that's why you inject it. I guess you could get air compressor and make it pump air to the turbos to spin them faster lol. You could get bigger turbo and bigger intercoole and do a rebuild on your motor if it have a lot of miles.

Generally speaking, people who put nitrous on a turbo car are doing it to help spool large turbos so there isn't so much lag. People do use nitrous with turbos successfully, but they normally do it after they have taken proper precautions (forged internals, upgraded fuel system, engine/fuel management, data loggers).

If your car is stock now, just upgrade things like the downpipe, catback, put in a high flow cat or test pipe (illegal). Also, it's a good idea to make sure the 60/120k maintenance has been done.

i just want to make sure i understand this correctly. you said that people use nitros to spool large turbos, do you mean just normal use of nitros?
because he was talking to shooting nitros into the turbo

Yes, just a normal shot of nitrous.

I think he should do more homework before he trashes his engine...
