Default Stealth will not start.

Hello Everyone I am very new to forums. I figured that someone maybe able to help me. I bought a 1993 Dodge Stealth Es DOHC love the car. I have been having some problems.
I hope who reads this understands I'm trying to be as short as possible but provide enough information of what's been going on so that I can fix the problem.Sorry for the length of this question.

So When I first bought the car it needed a clutch and Master/Slave cylinder put in it. No big deal! The the mechanic put in a bad clutch. Had to get it replaced again same mechanic. Then my Tie Rod fell bad mechanic..Needless to say I havent been back to that mechanic. So I got everything fixed or so I thought what started happening next really threw me for a loop.
It would idle wierd from 800rpm-2500rpm pulsing sometimes other just staying really high. Tried to fix that and it stoppped for about a week. It would also just shut off at random times(it did for the last time in the middle of the road)Hasnt started since. I was completely stumped andstill am. This maybe my problem. The owner before me put in some fancy alarm and start button(that I have since taken out now it is just raw wires). The guy said he would get the remotes to me but never did. I can't find the guy anywhere.
Well now what is going on is I trying to return all the wiring to stock so that I can trouble shoot the problem and rule out a malfunction with the alarm(disabled starter).I cannot find any Chiltons repair manuals or anything to help with the wiring daigrams so I just stoppped. (this is when it died in the middle of the road)When I popped the hood I notice the the wire from the fuse box to the battery lost it connection(do to corrision)I reconnected that hoping that it was an easy fix.
But it wouldn't turn over I heard a "CLICK CLICK" and the dash lights would come on and nothing else. Tried to jump itdidn't work. So finally I push started itYou gotta love manuals for that. So it has been sitting for about a month with the fuse box wire not connected or the negative battery terminal. That's when I started the trouble shooting all the possible problems. Alarm and so on. I'm not sure if it was the alarm or ECU or something else. Help Please I want my car back on the road. Again sorry for the length of this post but I know someone can help me.

check ecu for leaking capacitors, and if you need a manual i can post one on the web temperately. As far as alarm, i guess you could find the main unit and trace the wires to see where they go, and then remve

If you could post that manual temp I could print it off. Where is the ECU and how would I check it?

The Center console carpet on each side of the console you need to remove it. Just two screws and a couple things that pop out and it is removed. Then there are three 10mm screws. One on the drivers side and two on the passenger side. Remove them and it will pull right out on the drivers side. Then just disconect the wires that are attached to it and take the screws out on each side of the ecu and you can see the insides.

that's the link to where the file is. I wasn't able to download it using a browser for some reason. You might have better luck or you can try some download manager.
