I have a 92 VR4 twin turbo. One turbo has gone out. The motor has 135000 miles on it. Is it okay to continue to drive the car until I get the turbo replaced? Will it damage my motor? What are the causes and effects of turbo failure? I appreciate any information you could provide. Thank you.
