this may be a stupid question but i have to ask

the mass air flow sensor went out on my stealth but i was looking to getting a shortram intake anyway i was just wondering weather or not i would have to get a new mass air flow sensor to put on the short ram i was pretty sure that you would have to but i didnt know exsactly so i figured i would ask
