I have a 92 dohc non turbo stealth. The charging system has been giving me alot of problems. When you put a heavy load on the car like with the wipers, lights, radio, a/c, the system will drop below 12 volts. Ive checked the timing and set it right, put a new battery in, new terminal ends and cables. The alternator seems like its charging but not keeping up. It does this when your driving and idling. Does annyone have any advice for this?

take the alternator to auto parts store to test. Also could be bad ground issue
