NO Start after replacing ecm

Default NO Start after replacing ecm
I just replace my ecm with a new one. now my 1992 stealth won't even start. I install a same computer that was taken out. It will turn over but nothing. Do I have to relearn the ECM?

Why was it replaced ???
Where did you get it ???
Is it truly "new" and not rebuilt ??

the ecm was burned out. I order it from mitsubishi.

It cranks. yesterday after letting it sit for a while. it started. but when I press to give some gas it will shut off. it will idle fine though.
