Default 93 Stealth TT Upgrade Ideas

Im relatively new to stealths, so I was kind of shocked when my friend told me there wasnt anything I could do with my V6 twin turbo motor. I was just looking of some general ideas of things to do, whether it would be intakes or whatever, that would actually get the 320 HP to the wheels this car claims to get. Im not really looking to put any more than 600 dollars into the engine, so Im not really looking for anything drastic..just some ideas. Thanks

Your friend obviously knows nothing about these cars...don't take any advice from him.
All cars horsepower ratings are from the crank, not the wheels, Stealths are no exception.
For 600 bucks, your best bet would be to eliminate or gut the precats, install a downpipe, a quality boost gauge and an MBC or EBC. Set the boost controller around 12-14psi (any more than that without fuel management could be asking for trouble and that is about the max for 9b turbos to be efficient). Maybe an open air element and y-pipe if you have any money leftover.
