First I'd like to start by saying Hello to everyone. I'm excited to be here not just as a dodge fan, but also a new Dodge Stealth Owner....
Anyhow to the task at hane what I'm trying to do is take out both back seats and put one bucket seat right in the middle (think of the Mclaren F1-GTR only reversed) and putting a wall on both sides so to seperate the trunk.
Is it Possible?
How would I do it?
What is your honest Opinion about that?

Yes, just about anything is possible with enough ingenuity and/or money.
Remove the rear seats which is easy enough, weld in some mounting points for brackets and seat belt, mount seat and belt.
Not a great idea. There is a drive shaft tunnel right where you want to mount the seat. It is very possible that the seat would end up being too tall for all but very short people.
