I have a 92 dodge stealth rt non turbo, it has the lifter tick and I do know it is very common for these cars, I heard that risoline is good for quieting the ticking, it just drives me nuts, what should I use?
How do you know if it collapses what will the car act like?

 

They do that. Just about all of them. They get clogged up over time, if it bothers you THAT much, replace them with the larger bore lifters.

 

look for 99 lifters. They have a bigger opening in the lifter and tent to working longer.
