Default Fog Light Housing Removal

I'm new to this forum so bear with me. I just got a 95 R/T Turbo and I'm trying to install HID headlights and fogs. I got the highs and lows in no problem, and then I got to the fog. Basically in order for me to be able to install the HIds, I need to remove the whole fog housing and drill a 1 inch whole in the back of it to fit all the wiring, but I cant figure out how to get the housing out. I can't imagine there would be anything more than just a few screws holding it in but I can only see 1 screw. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated, because I really don't want to remove the entire front bumper cover just to get the fogs out
