Default Clutch issue 92 ES

I just bought my 92 stealth about three weeks ago. When I purchased my car the clutch pedal seemed not to have much free play, it seemed like a normal, strong clutch. Progressively over the last week or so, there has been a developing increase in clutch pedal play (have to push it down further to disengage the clutch). This morning I went out to move my car and could barely get it in reverse and had an extremely difficult time getting it out of reverse. I adjusted the linkage directly attached to the clutch pedal itself, but that didn't seem to work and now when you push the clutch pedal down, it will not pop back up. I am convinced it is a linkage issue, but I have, to this point, been unable to obtain a diagram of the linkage system. I am sure if I had a diagram I could troubleshoot the problem, but right now it is like shooting in the dark. The clutch master cylinder is full. Any help or direction that anyone could give me would be much appreciated. Thanks for your time.
