Default Friend's Stealth Jumped a timing tooth

My buddy has a 91 Stealth with a little over 80k miles and we are pretty sure it's jumped a tooth on the timing belt. Now, before we even bother going through the headache of fixing it, we were wondering if anybody could give us a general idea of what were looking to fix. In other words, are we stuck to pulling the heads and doing valves?

Sometimes just jumping a tooth won't K'O the motor. You might want to do a compression check and reset the belt before you pull the heads.
