Default 92 R/T-Flushing coolant-Add stop leak?

I'm in the middle of changing the coolant temp sensor and also flushing the cooling system. I know I will get different opinions on this but should I add a stop leak/water pump lubrication type product ? Have heard that new cars from the factory have had it added to the cooling system and most mechanics will always add a cooling system conditioner when they do a cooling system flush. Would you add it and if you do what product do you recommend? It's a non turbo DOHC engine. Thanks for the replys!

Most, if not all, antifreeze has a lubricant already in their product. I don't want to say that it is "snake-oil", but I don't know if it really helps or not.
