Pedal covers-Where to get THIS kind?

I want to buy some pedal covers for my 5-speed. I want the type that fit over the stock pedals and you install them by screwing the new cover over the old pedal's. Any ideas on what to get? thanks!

yes, please, my clutch pedal slips really bad, it gets to where I can barely shift. Extra attention to this one, folks
