Default 93 ES No signals, indicators, or hazards.

First off, I hate wiring. I just bought a 93 Stealth for $200 and gave it everything but new rings and bearings, which everything included cost me under $600. I have had issues with the stereo turning off when I plug in my cigarette lighter, no power to the headlight door switch, and now no turn signals or hazards. I took the dash out and checked all the wiring. The stereo deck had been replaced and, while not the worst I've seen, was not correct. I unplugged the stereo and nothing changed so I replaced the dashboard, connected all the plugs, intalled my grounds, and still nothing. I'm waiting on my head gasket set but I don't think the ground in the engine compartment would effect this. Please help.
