Default new stealth new starting problem

I fix one for a buddy and he sends me a friend you all help last time lets see if you can do it again.

Ok I have replaced the ECU and the PTU and Ignition coil check out but I still cant get spark. when cranking the PTU wire looses voltage?? So it has to be a sensor not sending the right signal to the ECM any ideas?

There should be 3 "hot" wires at the PTU and the ground. The 3 different wires carry the signal from the ECU to PTU. Each wire controls a coil pack (pair). Are you not getting spark on one pack or are all three not firing?? What year car is it?? I'm assuming it is a DOHC engine. About the only thing that sends signals to the ECU are the MAS and CAS (crank angle sensor).
