Ok the lifter on my 91 R/T is "clicking" when i first start it, but it quits after running for a while. I think it is just sticky, but i do not know. What is something i cab do to fix it, if there is anything besides repacing it?

There is not anything that will cure the tick. It is a engineering error. The oil passages are only 1mm, and they all tick. It is not detrimental to the engine, but does sound bad. The only cure is to replace them. The later generations have 3mm oil passages, hence, no tick. You can use oil additives, but they only work temporarily. Before you use any additive, be sure to read some reviews on them as some teflon based additives have been known to ultimately cause more problems then they cure.
