I have a 91 SOHC Auto

At start up it idles high and smokes but when it gets warm it idles great?

When driving if I push the pedal to the floor I get to 1500 RPM and then it very slowly accelerates? But if I throttle it up from the throttle body it?

After I have been driving a while and stop at a light idling I have low oil pressure but when give it a little gas it goes up to normal?

 

The oil pressure is OK if it shows low while at idle it is doing what all engines do. As you rev the rngine the mechanical oil pump turns faster and the oil pressure goes up with the engine RPM's. If you have 0 zero oil pressure at idle you should shut down asap and find out why it is at 0 that goes for driving as well shut down or its by by motor. Now for the slow take off. This is a thing that is sometimes hard to track down. Fuel filter, injector cleaner the good stuff not the cheepO $1.85 cent stuff,plugs OK ? set at proper gap distributor contacts clean. Ok thats a start the free rev while in nutral is no indication of anything except that the motor is running. Under power allot of the time if a car will not get up and run it is the electronics,plugs ,point modul,distributor you can pull the plug wires one at a time and see if the rpm goes down and also if the spark jumps from the wire to the plug when you hold it close like one inch or what. You may need to use some rubber gloves while doing that I use some plastic insulated plisers,sometimes I dont just to see if my heart is still beating on all six LOL. Any way check the simple cheep things first clean the filter or replace it ,fuel injector cleaner,plugs point setup. TIMING proper plug gap and good wires. Then after that is all good if still no go try the fuel pump and see if it is putting out allright. TIMING keeps coming into my head.
